| Born in
Bangor, Maine, Amy attended Bard College
and Goddard College, receiving a
Bachelor's degree in Fine Art and Art History in 2002 from
Goddard College.
Amy joined Pachamama
Films in October 2005 to work as an actress
on the documentary for National Geographic
Outbreak
Investigation: Curse of the Black Typhus.
She later participated in the production
of three new documentaries: Vientos
Negros, Misiones,
and a documentary about the work of the Prefectura del
Departamento del Beni, all of them in Beni, Bolivia.
In 2008 she wrote, produced and directed
her first film, to be released in 2009: Monsieur
Montéz, starring Veronica Paintoux
and Jac Avila. She also produced and acted in The
Spectres of Blood Castle, directed by Jac Avila,
starring Jac Avila, Amy Hesketh and Veronica Paintoux
She's currently working on the pre-production
of the feature film Paloma
and writing a new script. |
